Handing Flyers in Watford UK on a Sunday
Actions to transformation. Law of cause and effect. Law of attraction. Just do It and No Fear Principles.
Supermarkets might close early on sundays, since staff needs rest and things need time to get organised and sorted. But during the week till saturday they are open till 10pm.
This was the third and last test of handing flyers on the streets. I did it in London once and 2 times here in Watford City UK. No juice. Better to stick to use social networks and stick them in the mail boxes. The positive aspects of sticking flyers on the mail boxes is that they dont have any type of reaction, and that makes me feel much more comfortable. And though they are there ecstatic, they seem to be very much alive and positive, to me.
Im available to provide meal plans, exercise plans, online video classes or in person classes, group classes, anywhere, home, parks, gyms, warehouses, offices. Info about prices and conditions on my Blog.
Most times i do a few exercises right after waking up and while fasting to also force my body to absorb more nutrients from the previous day, boosting up detox processes, to keep me with a clear mind and more focused, and to force my body to make most use of the catabolic process, and increase my mitochondria levels.
Weight gain and weight loss will of course be designated specific versatile tasty diets not including meats or any other animal products recommended from me can be elaborated upon request. Consumption of these will be at the full responsibility of the other part, which i dont discriminate. People has the freedom to do and be who and what they want to do and be.
Fast goals achievement depend on the advices and recommendations i make, and of course of the commitment clients make.
Some recovery and healing might in some cases require the other part to temporarily stop consuming meats and maybe other animal products. Should keep an open mind and try diversity, new things with no fears. Health, prosperity and happiness.
