First 1 hour consultation is free.
- A 1 Hour Session price is £20.00
- A 2 Hours session is £30.00
- Booking at least 3 Sessions of 1 Hour each in a week lowers the hour price to £15.00
- Healing Therapy sessions like Meditation, Reiki, Crystals Therapy, Sound Therapy, Colour Therapy and Massages. (Candles, Essential Oils, Incenses and Herbs prices are individual.) Usually i recommend the Client to buy their own, which i will have selling on my website, or in the case of knowing, the Client can acquire them anywhere else. I provide all the info of the recommended ones, after the consultation.
- A 1 Week Exercise Planning Elaborated on a Document cost €15.00. If the client wants to save money, then i just use a default existing exercise plan and we work around it as a fast planning, progressing and changing as we go. Background office and organising work is always a must and its always done by me though. But more specific and formal jobs require more time, and by consequence will require more money too.
- A 1 Week Nutritional Planning Elaborated on a Document cost £15.00. If the client wants to save money, i always give free tips, and ill recommend places where to acquire more info like online resources as my own, or from other trusted ones. That means the client must also do some research of course.
